联合应用M型与频谱及组织多普勒超声诊断胎儿心律失常

摘　　要：目的:本次研究主要探析M型与频谱及组织多普勒超声心动图联合使用在诊断胎儿心律失常中的临床诊断价值。方法:以本院2016年4月至2017年3月所接收的108例诊断疑似胎儿心律失常的孕龄为16-40周的孕妇为研究对象,对这108例研究对象使用M型、频谱以及组织多普勒超声诊断来确诊是否存在胎儿心律失常的症状。结果:所有研究对象在经过三种方法检查之后,共有46例孕妇被确诊为存在胎儿心律失常症状,确诊率42.59%。其中共有38例为期前收缩、2例心动过速、5例心动过缓以及1例房室传导阻滞。这46例存在心律失常胎儿中有3例胎儿合并先天性心血管畸形。结论:联合应用M型、频谱及组织多普勒超声诊断胎儿心律失常,通过M型、频谱多普勒、组织多普勒等技术进行检测,明确胎儿房室收缩与舒张的机械运动变化及其之间的关系来确定胎儿心律失常类型,以便于及早对存在心律失常的胎儿进行干预。Objective：To explore the clinical diagnostic value of M type combined with spectrum and tissue Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of fetal arrhythmia.Methods：FromApril 2016 to March 2017,108 pregnant women who were diagnosed with suspected fetal arrhythmia aged 16 to 40 weeks were enrolled in this study.The M-type,spectrum,and tissue Doppler ultrasonography were used to diagnose the presence of symptoms of fetal arrhythmia.Results：After three methods of examination,found that a total of 46 pregnant women were diagnosed with fetal arrhythmia symptoms,the diagnosis rate of 42.59%.Among them,38 cases of pre-contraction,2 cases of tachycardia,5 cases of bradycardia and 1 case of atrioventricular block.In these 46 patients with arrhythmia,3 of the fetuses had congenital cardiovascular malformations.Conclusion：The combination of M type,spectrum and tissue Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal arrhythmia,through the M-type,spectrum Doppler,tissue Doppler and other techniques for testing,so as to determine the relationship between fetal atrioventricular systolic and diastolic mechanical changes and the relationship between them to determine the type of fetal arrhythmia in order to facilitate early intervention in the presence of arrhythmia to the fetus.
