摘　　要：目的:回顾分析骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的影像学表现,并将其诊断结果与最终病理学诊断结果进行对比研究,分析不同影像学检查手段的临床应用价值。方法:收集我院经病理证实的骨嗜酸性肉芽肿患者23例作为研究对象,其中,男性18例,女性5例,单发灶21例,多发灶2例,分析患者的临床基本资料及多种影像学(X线、CT、MRI)表现,并对不同病理分期患者的不同影像学表现进行分析。结果:患者经X线诊断可见病灶多呈圆形或类圆形,以骨溶骨型骨质破坏为主;经CT检查的7例患者均可在病灶处观察到略低密度或者稍高密度得肿块影,晚期可见骨质硬化;经MRI检查的9例患者,可见病灶处T1WI序列上呈低-中等信号,T2WI序列是呈混杂中等-高信号。观察不同病理学分期患者的影像学表现,可见影像学表现与病理学分期有比较一致的对应关系,且病变同时具有肿瘤和炎症的特征。结论:不同影像学检查方法诊断骨嗜酸性肉芽肿各有优缺点,影像学、病理学及临床相结合可提高骨嗜酸性肉芽肿诊断准确性,值得临床推广。Objective：to analyze the imaging features of eosinophilic granuloma of bone,and to compare the diagnostic results with the final pathological diagnosis results,and to analyze the clinical application value of different imaging methods.Methods：select our hospital of eosinophilic granuloma of bone proved by histologically in 23 patients as the research object,a retrospective analysis of patients with basic clinical data and several imaging methods（X-ray,CT,MRI）,analyzed the different imaging features of patients with different pathological stages.Results：Patients diagnosed by X-ray visible lesions were round or oval,with the osteolytic bone destruction; 7 cases with CT patients can check on the lesions observed slightly low density or slightly higher density mass,advanced visible bone sclerosis; 9 cases with MRI examination were visible lesions at T1WI a low-medium signal sequence,T2WI sequence is a hybrid medium-high signal.The imaging features of patients with different pathological stages were observed,and the imaging findings were compared with pathological stage.Conclusion：different methods have advantages and disadvantages in the diagnosis of eosinophilic granuloma of bone.It is worthy of clinical application to improve the diagnostic accuracy of bone eosinophilic granuloma by combining imaging,pathology and clinical diagnosis.
