摘 要:目的了解大竹县钩端螺旋体病(简称钩体病)两个集中暴发点流行病学特征,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法根据疫情报告,选取钩体病两个集中暴发点进行调查,用MAT法检测病人和蛙血清抗体;并分离培养钩体病原体。用夹夜法捕鼠,无菌采集鼠肾、猪肾、牛中段尿和蛙肾分离培养钩体病原体,分析钩体病流行病学特征和感染菌群情况。结果发病户数占总户数的68.13%;发病例数占总人数的28.41%;病人和宿主动物标本中检出阳性菌株51份,经鉴定以七日热群为主,占60.78%,其次分别为黄疸出血群、澳洲群、波摩那群、犬群,分别占29.41%、3.92%、3.92%、1.96%。结论病人和宿主动物感染钩体菌群复杂,应切实加强钩体病的监测,为制定钩体病防治方案提供科学依据。Objective To Understand dazhu leptospirosis two concentrated outbreak point epidemiological characteristics,to provide scientific basis for prevention and control measures. Methods According to the epidemic situation report,select the hook body disease two outbreak point of the outbreak investigation,MAT method is used to inspect the patient and frog serum antibody; cultivation and hook pathogens. Night trapping rats,with sterile acquisition rat renal,pigs,cattle,middle urine hook pathogens,cultivation and frog kidney disease epidemiological analysis of hook and bacteria infection. Results The onset of number accounts for 68. 13% of the total number of households; in accounting for 28. 41% of the total number of; patients and host animal specimens,check out the positive strains 51,identified are mainly composed of seven days heat group,accounting for 60. 78%, time of jaundice hemorrhage group, australia group, wave under the group, group, 29. 41%, 3. 92%,3. 92%,1. 96%,respectively. Conclusion Patients and host animals infected with complex hook flora,should add the hook body disease surveillance,to provide scientific basis for comprehensive scheme to control the hook body disease.
