摘　　要：我国免疫规划工作重点在基层,制约基层工作有多方面的因素,与政府保障机制、卫生资源、地理和人口、接种单位管理、免疫规划知识普及等因素有关,深入对存在的制约因素进行研究,寻求有效的改进方法,确保免疫规划工作健康、稳步、持续发展。The key to EPI in our country lies in grass-root units,which are faced with many constraint factors,such as the government guarantee mechanism,health resources,geography and population,vaccination unit management,immunization programs literacy and so on. Only if strenthening study on the constraint factors of grass-root EPI,can we find out effective improvement methods to ensure the immunization programms to get a healthy,steady and sustained development.
