摘 要:目的初步了解德令哈地区主要的蚊虫种类,对蚊虫标本进行检测证实是否携带辽宁病毒。方法 2014年8月在德令哈地区周边蚊虫密度较高的两个地点采集蚊虫标本6 050份,对其进行蚊虫鉴别,并将处理好的蚊虫标本接种至C6/36、BHK-21和Vero细胞进行病毒分离,用RT-PCR进行病毒检测。结果经鉴定,采集的蚊虫中黄背伊蚊5 600只、里海伊蚊450只,构成比分别为92.6%和7.4%。32管分装标本中检测到辽宁病毒(Liaoning virus,LNV)。结论初步确定青海德令哈地区的蚊虫种类为黄背伊蚊和里海伊蚊,黄背伊蚊为优势蚊种,首次证实该地区蚊虫携带LNV。Objective To understand the mainly species of mosquitoes in Delingha area of Qinghai,the mosquitoes were tested whether it carrying LNV. Methods The mosquito density was higher in 2 locations in Delingha City around in August 2014,mosquitoes were collected from 6 050,mosquito identification,and the good mosquito specimens were inoculated to C6/36,BHK and Vero cells for virus isolation,virus were detected by RT-PCR. Results The identification of mosquitoes collected in Aedes yellow back 5 600,the Caspian Sea Aedes 450,accounted for 92. 6% and 7. 4%. Liaoning virus(LNV) were detected in 32 tube packing specimens. Conclusion Initially identified in Delingha,Qinghai distribution of mosquito species Aedes yellow back and the Caspian Sea Aedes,Aedes yellow back was the dominant species of mosquitoes,and confirming that the mosquitoes were carrying LNV for the first time in this area.
