摘　　要：目的:探讨联合应用异烟肼注射液与利福霉素钠注射液治疗复治涂阴尘肺合并肺结核的临床疗效。方法:选取复治涂阴肺结核患者46例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各23例。观察组给予异烟肼注射液与利福霉素钠注射液静脉联合治疗,对照组给予异烟肼片和利福平胶囊口服联合治疗,观察两组治疗效果和不良反应率。结果:病灶吸收、症状改善、化验指标下降优于对照组。恶心、食欲下降等副作用略低于对照组。结论:短期联合应用异烟肼注射液与利福霉素钠注射液治疗复治涂阴尘肺合并肺结核疗效明显,有助于症状改善和病灶吸收,有临床实用价值,值得推广。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined use of isoniazid injection and rifamycin sodium injection in the treatment of retinal tuberculosis with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods：Forty-six patients with tuberculosis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group （n=23）.In the experimental group,isoniazid injection was combined with rifamycin sodium injection.The control group was treated with isoniazid tablets and rifampicin capsules.The therapeutic effect and adverse reaction rate were observed.Results：The lesion was absorbed,the symptoms improved and the test indexes were lower than the control group.Nausea, loss of appetite is slightly lower than the control group.Conclusion：The combination of isoniazid injection and rifamycin sodium injection in the treatment of retinal pneumoconiosis with pulmonary tuberculosis,help to improve the symptoms and lesions in the short-term efficacy of clinical practical value,worthy of promotion.
