摘　　要：为了提高单光子发射计算机断层扫描仪(SPECT)检查结果的准确性,减少辐射水平。总结分析多年的工作经验和上级医院进修学习的体会。在SPECT检查的各个环节中均存在不同程度的问题,并针对这些问题进行归纳、分析和总结,提出相应的对策。在整个SPECT检查过程中,只有规范预约流程、遵守操作规程、提高操作技能和诊断水平、加强质量控制、注重与临床和患者之间的沟通,才能提高SPECT检查质量,减少辐射水平。To improve the accuracy of SPECT scan and reduce the radiation level.The working experience of the authors for many years and the further study experience in the superior hospitals had been summarized and analyzed.The problems existed in all the steps of SPECT scan and all the problems were summed up and analyzed for the countermeasures.The quality of SPECT scan can become higher and the radiation level can be reduced only by normalizing the reservation process,complying with the operation procedures,improving skills and diagnosis,strengthening the quality control and emphasizing the communication with the patients.
