摘　　要：介绍阮士怡教授基于心-肝-肾三脏一体论辨治老年抑郁症经验。立足于老年人心、肝、肾不足以及心神失养的病机特点,提出抑郁之本在心、抑郁之调在肝、抑郁之源在肾,从心-肝-肾三脏一体出发辨证论治老年抑郁症,养心补肾以调肝,则心神得养,诸郁可解。This article is to introduce Professor RUAN Shiyi＇s experience in treating geriatric depression based on the theory of three Zang-viscera trinity of heart-liver-kidney. Grounded on the pathogenesis features of the seniors＇ deficiency of heart,liver and kidney,as well as malnutrition of heart spirit,Prof. RUAN puts forward that the root of the depression is at heart,the regulation at liver,the source at kidney. Prof. RUAN treats geriatric depression from the theory of three Zang-viscera trinity of heart-liver-kidney. Nourishing heart and invigorating kidney is to regulate liver. Thus heart spirit might be nourished and depression might be relieved.
