摘 要:为了研究不同搅拌叶片对铸造涂料的悬浮性及涂层的表面质量的影响规律,本文通过正交实验得到了铸造涂料的合适配方,并在合适配方的基础上,对涂料的机械搅拌过程进行了模拟.结果表明,粉煤灰铸造涂料助剂的合适配比为:酚醛树脂3.0%,羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)0.4%,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)1.0%,乙基纤维素(EC)0.9%,可再分散乳胶粉0.6%,通过对已优化配方的搅拌过程研究,发现双螺带叶片比六直叶叶片的搅拌效果好,釜内湍动能比较大,粉料和助剂之间混合效果较好,在涂料中加入此助剂,搅拌过程采用双螺带叶片,涂料各项性能最优.In this paper, the proper formula of casting coating is obtained by orthogonal experiment, and the mechanical stirring process of the coating is simulated on the basis of proper formula. The influence of different mixing blades on the suspension properties and surface quality of casting coatings was investigated. The results show that reasonable additives proportion of casting coating is Phenolic Resin 3%, Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose( CMC) 0. 4%, Polyvinyl butyral ( PVB ) 1. 0%, Ehtyl cellulose ( EC ) 0. 9%, Dispersible polymer powder 0. 6%. Founding that stirring effect of Double helical ribbon blades is better than Six straight leaf blades, the turbulent kinetic energy is relatively large of kettle, the powder and additives is founded that mixing better with the study on the stirring process of optimized formulation. Adding the assistant in the paint, the mixing process adopts double spiral blade, and the performance of the coating is the best.
