摘  要:矿山覆绿是我国在新形势下进行生态文明建设的重要举措,而现有的矿山覆绿用钻机,其支架存在便携性、可靠性及边坡适应性等问题,因而需要设计一种便携式变倾角钻机支架。利用Solid Works软件建立了矿山覆绿钻机支架的三维实体模型,运用ANSYS Workbench软件对钻机支架各种工况下进行了静力学分析、模态分析和频率响应分析,对钻机支架进行校核和验证。分析表明,钻机支架的应力与钻进倾角和动力头给进距离均呈正相关;钻机支架固有频率与钻进倾角呈负相关;在最大钻进倾角下,钻机支架最易发生共振,也最易失稳而形成卡钻。通过合理优化钻机支架结构避开共振频率,有利于提高钻机支架的可靠性与寿命,为矿山覆绿提供可靠装备。Green mine construction is an important measure of ecological civilization under new situation in China, while the frame of the present drilling rig for green mine construction appears problems about portability, reliability and slope adaptability, therefore a kind of variable-obliquity portable frame of the drilling rig is needed. In the paper, SolidWorks was applied to establish 3D solid model of the frame of the drilling rig for green mine construction, and ANSYS Workbench was applied to conduct statics analysis, modal analysis and frequency response analysis of the frame in various operation modes, as well as checking and verification of the frame were conducted also. Analysis showed: the stress of the frame was positively correlated with both the drilling obliquity and the feeding distance of the power head, and the natural frequency of the frame was negatively correlated with the drilling obliquity; at the maximum drilling obliquity, the frame tended to generate resonance or unstability to bring about sticking. After reasonable structural optimization of the frame of the drilling rig to avoid resonance frequency, the reliability reliable equipments for green mine construction. and the lifespan of the frame enhanced so as to provide
