摘  要:设计了临时支护支架液压同步系统,采用自调式同步阀来实现内、外立柱液压缸和推移液压缸的同步控制,并建立了推移液压缸同步控制试验系统,在不同偏载下进行了同步控制试验。试验结果表明,该系统具有较高的同步精度,双缸的同步误差小于3%,可以满足实际需求。该研究对巷道临时支护支架液压同步系统的设计与分析具有借鉴意义。The hydraulic synchronous system of the roadway temporary support bracket was designed, in the system, self-adjustable synchronous valve was applied to realize synchronous control of inner column cylinder, outer column cylinder and pushing cylinder. In addition, the synchronous control test system of the pushing cylinder was established, and the synchronous control test was conducted at various partial loading modes. The test results showed the system was characterized by considerable high synchronous precision, and the synchronous error of the double cylinders was less than 3%, which met actual demand. The study offered reference for the design and analysis of the hydraulic synchronous system of the roadway temporary support bracket.
