摘 要:针对微细粒矿物绿色回收的新型锥面铺展流膜设备——悬振锥面选矿机的技术特性和分选机理进行了分析,阐述了拜格诺剪切松散理论和斜面流分选原理在悬振锥面选矿机分选中的应用,为微细粒矿物重选设备的研发提供了技术借鉴。The paper introduced a new-type beneficiation equipment for green recovery of micro-fine grained minerals, suspended vibrating cone concentrator, whose conical surface was spread with flowing film, and analyzed its technical features and separation mechanism. It also narrated the application of Bagnold theory of shearing and loosening as well as separation principle of flow on inclined surface in beneficiation of the suspended vibrating cone concentrator. The study offered technical reference for the development of the gravity concentrator for recovering micro-fine grained minerals.
