摘 要:由于回弹法国家测强曲线换算的强度与地区混凝土的实际强度有较大误差,文章采用安徽省常用的混凝土原材料在安徽各市搅拌站制作试件,分别在各市开展回弹值、碳化深度、混凝土强度试验,共采集了5 756组数据,利用最小二乘法进行了线性函数、二次函数、三次函数、对数函数、幂函数和指数函数形式回归拟合。对回归曲线进行误差分析和相关性分析,分析结果与国家测强曲线进行了对比,结果表明,安徽地区测强曲线测试精度比国家测强曲线高。通过9个实际工程或试验试件检测数据验证,安徽地区测强曲线满足测试精度要求并可以作为适用于安徽地区回弹法检测混凝土强度的测强曲线。Due to the comparatively large error between the strength converted by national unified rebound strength curve and the actual regional concrete strength, test block was prepared in the mixing stations in different cities of Anhui Province using the concrete raw materials commonly used in Anhui Province. The tests on rebound value, carbonation depth and concrete strength were carried out, 5 756 groups of data were collected, and the fitting with linear function, quadratic function, cubic func- tion, logarithmic function, power function and exponential function regression was made using the least squares method. The error analysis and correlation analysis of the regression curves were carried out, and the analysis results were compared with those of the national curve. The results show that the testing accuracy of the strength curve in Anhui Province is higher than that of the national curve. Verifying by nine actual engineering or test block detection data, it is shown that the strength curve in Anhui Province satisfies the requirement of testing accuracy and can be used in Anhui Province to test concrete strength by rebound method.
