产妇抑郁程度对母婴互动、家庭环境及婴儿早期发育的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨产妇心理抑郁严重程度对母婴互动、家庭环境及婴儿早期发育的影响。方法选取2014年住院分娩的产妇250名及其新生儿,在产妇产后采用抑郁自评量表评估产妇抑郁情况,产后2个月、6个月时采用婴儿哺育评估量表和家庭环境量表评估母婴互动和家庭环境情况,产后12个月时采用婴幼儿发展量表评定婴儿的生长发育状况。结果轻度抑郁产妇产后2个月和6个月母婴互动、家庭环境评分较高(P<0.01)。产后12个月时,中、重度心理抑郁产妇婴儿的智力发育指数评分和精神运动发育指数评分较高(P<0.01)。结论重度心理抑郁产妇对早期母婴互动、家庭环境无明显影响,对婴儿晚期的运动发育的影响有待进一步研究验证。Objective To explore the influence of maternal distression on mother - infant interaction, home environment and infant early development. Methods Totally,250 maternals and infants were investigated using the Self- Rating Depression Scale （SDS） after postpartum,the Nursing Child Assessment Feeding Scale （NCAFS） and Family Environment Scale were measured in the 2nd and 6th month after postpartum. Bayley Scale of Infant Development - II （ BSID - II） was used to evaluate the growth and development of the infants in the 12th month. Results The scores of the mother - infant interaction ,home environment of the maternals with mild depression were higher in the 2nd and 6th month after postpartum, and the score of the maternals with severe depression were higher than maternals with moderate depression（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The score of Mental Development Index （MDI） and Psychomotive Development Index （PDI）of infants in the 12th month were higher than maternals with severe depression （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Severe maternal depression has no significant effect on early mother - infant in- teraction and home environment, the influence on motor development in infancy needs more research.
