摘　　要：目的探讨六西格玛管理对医院静脉用药调配中心化疗药物配制质量的控制效果。方法应用精益六西格玛法定义、测量、分析、改进与控制等步骤,优化静脉用药调配中心化疗药物配置流程。结果静脉用药调配中心化疗药物的审方时间、排药时间、配置时间缩短(P<0.01);不合格医嘱及差错率下降(P<0.01或P<0.05);肿瘤用药相关医护人员满意度提高(P<0.01)。结论精益六西格玛管理优化了静脉用药调配中心化疗药物的配置流程,提升了配置效率和配置质量。Objective To explore the controlling effects of Six Sigma management on improving dispensing quality of chemotherapeutic drugs in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service （ PIVAS）. Methods Six Sigma management steps including definition, measurement, analysis,improvement and control, which was applied to optimize the dispensing process of chemotherapeutic drugs in PIVAS. Results The prescription checking time,arranging chemotherapeutic drugs time and dispensing time were shortened （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and the rates of substandard prescriptions and faults were declined （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. The satisfactory degree of the medical staff related to chemotherapeutic drug was enhanced（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Six Sigma management optimizes the configuration flow of chemotherapeutic drugs in PIVAS,and promotes the dispensing efficiency and quality of chemotherapeutic drugs.
