摘  要:某反应堆压力容器役前检查的超声检测过程中,发现三处超标显示。在对反应堆压力容器的超标显示信息进行分析的基础上,结合设备制造完工报告和安装阶段的检查报告分析了超标显示产生的可能时机;通过化学成分分析和对比试验验证了此超标显示产生的根本原因,即超标显示是由褐铁矿混凝土引起的。Three excessive displays were founded by ultrasonic examination on the reactor pressure vessel during pre-service inspection.In this paper,we analyzed the information of the three displays on the reactor pressure vessel.We also analyzed the possible generating time of the displays through combining manufacturing completion reports and the inspection reports of installation.Subsequently,the root cause of these displays was verified by the chemical composition analysis and comparative tests.This paper made the conclusion that these displays were caused by the limonite concrete.
