摘　　要：本文以服装业上市公司海澜之家为例,采取绝对估值法、相对估值法对该公司股票价值进行估计,实证分析如何使用股票估值方法分析上市公司的投资价值,帮助投资者运用合理估值技术预估其他上市公司的股票价值,减少投资失误,帮助企业管理层制定公司发展战略。Taking the clothing listed company, Heilan Home, as an example,this paper estimates the stock value by the absolute valuation method and relative valuation method, and then makes an empirical analysis of how to use the stock valuation method to evaluate the listed companies＇ investment, and how to help in- vestors to use reasonable valuation techniques to predict the listed company＇s stock value,avoid investment mistakes, help enterprise management to formulate the company development strategy.
