摘 要:修理级别分析(LORA)的主要任务是确定装备部件修理级别及修理方法.传统的LORA模型忽略了各个级别备件库存的相互联系,单独对修理级别和各级别备件库存进行分析和估算,从而导致决策偏差.针对多级维修系统中装备维修保障方案优化问题,运用LORA费用模型和多级备件库存模型,以维修费用和备件库存缺货为目标,构建了基于多目标优化的LORA与备件配置综合决策模型.The main task of LORA is to determine the level and method of repair. Traditional LORA models ignore the relationship between spare stocks of different repair levels and calculate spare stock individually for each repair level, which leads to inaccuracy of decision. In this paper, in order to solve the problem of optimizing maintenance policy for multi-echelon maintenance system, an integrated decision model is developed for LORA and sparing by using multi-objective optimization and maintenance cost and spare stock-out models.
