摘  要:针对薄姜木播种育苗存在种子资源少、来源不稳定、发芽率低等问题,对薄姜木开展扦插试验,探讨扦插穗条、基质配置、激素处理3个关键因素对薄姜木扦插生根的影响。结果表明,扦插基质以红心土+火烧土(3∶1)或红心土+河沙(3∶1)或红心土+腐殖质土(3∶1)为佳,插穗以半木质化、粗度为0.3~0.5 cm的枝条最为理想,生长激素以350~450×10^(-6)ABT 1号生根粉浸蘸20 s的处理效果为最好,生根率可达60%以上。Aiming at the problems of few seed resources, unstable source and low germination rate of Vi- rex quinata, the cutting experiment on Vitex quinata was carried out to study the effects of 3 key factors of cuttings, substrate and hormone treatment on the rooting of cuttings of Vitex quinata. The results showed that the best cutting substrate was red subsoil + burnt soil (3:1 ) or red subsoil + river sand (3:1 ) or red subsoil + humus soil (3: 1) , the preferred cuttings was 0. 3 - 0.5era with half lignification and the most effective treatment was the growth hormone soaking for 20s with 350 - 450ppm ABT 1 rooting pow- der, by which the rooting rate was more than 60%.
