摘　　要：基于山东省1990-2013年外商直接投资与出口贸易的统计数据,对两者之间的内在关系进行了实证检验,发现FDI在短期内对出口贸易存在替代效应;在长期,两者之间存在稳定的协整关系,且互为格兰杰因果关系,FDI与出口贸易之间具有互补性。进一步研究发现,FDI对山东省工业制成品出口的影响程度大于对农副产品出口的影响,对高科技产品、机电产品等技术、资本密集产品的出口影响要大于对劳动密集型产品出口的影响,表明FDI有助于推进山东省出口贸易结构优化,提升出口产品竞争力。Base on statistical data from 1990 to 2013 about foreign direct investment(FDI)and export trade of Shandong province,the empirical research for the intrinsic relationship between them are taken.The research finds that FDI has a substitution effect on export trade in the short term,but for long-term,there are stable co-integration relationship between FDI and exports and they granger cause each other.Further studies showed that the impact of FDI on exports of manufactured goods in Shandong province is greater than the impact on agricultural exports.Also,the impact of capital-intensive&technology-intensive products’exports is greater than the impact on labor-intensive exports.The FDI can help optimize the export structure of Shandong province and promote the transformation and upgrading of exports.
