摘 要:S1线中低速磁浮列车采用长定子单边直线感应电机提供列车前进的牵引力。通过分析单边直线感应电机牵引力的影响因素,找到最大牵引力时刻的转差频率变化规律,提出一种最大牵引力控制方式。通过对磁浮列车启动、低速、高速三种状态的有限元仿真和试验,对比各种转差频率下牵引力变化曲线,验证了最大牵引力控制方式的优越性,说明该方法能够提高直线电机效率,减小直线电机能耗。In Line S1,the low-medium speed maglev train uses long stator single-sided linear induction motor to provide the traction force of the train.By analyzing the factors affecting the traction force of the linear induction motor,this paper studied the changing law of the slip frequency when the largest traction force occurred and proposed a method of the maximum traction force control.Based on the FEM simulation and experimentation results when maglev train worked at the operating states of starting,low speed and high speed,the superiority of the proposed method was validated by comparing the changing curves of the traction forces under various slip frequencies.The results proved that the proposed method is effective in improving the efficiency of the linear motor and reducing the energy consumption of the linear motor.
