无毒级TDI三聚体固化剂的合成研究

摘　　要：以DMP-30、三乙胺、吡啶、三正丁基膦等四种催化剂搭配催化合成甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)三聚体固化剂。通过调整催化剂用量及投料顺序,控制反应条件,制备无毒级TDI三聚体。实验发现:反应温度为60℃,反应初加入物料总量0.8%的DMP-30,当NCO降至9.0时加入物料总量0.3%的三丁基膦,继续保温至NCO降至8.0,用磷酸终止反应可以获得游离单体低于0.5%的无毒级TDI三聚体聚氨酯固化剂。DMP-30, triethylamine, pyridine and tributylphosphine were used as four kinds of catalysts to synthesize TDI trimer curing agent. In order to synthesize non-toxic TDI trimer, the amount of catalyst and feed sequence were adjusted, the reaction conditions were controlled. It was found that the reaction temperature was 60℃, 0. 8% of the total amount of DMP-30 was added in the initial reaction, when the-NCO mass percent was dropped to 9.0, the total amount of 0. 3% tributylphosphine was added, the incubation continued until-NCO mass percent was dropped to 8.0, the reaction terminated by adding phosphoric acid can obtain the non-toxic TDI trimer polyurethane curing agent with free monomers less than 0. 5 %.
