摘 要:两亲性结构的囊泡特别适合作为载体而应用于医疗领域,而生物质基多糖材料凭借其良好的生物亲和性是囊泡领域研究的热点。本文采用静电自组装技术,以羧甲基纤维素钠和季铵盐改性的壳聚糖为主要原料,制备纤维素基多糖囊泡。研究了原料配比、pH介质和盐溶液浓度对多糖囊泡形成的影响。结果表明:pH=7,改性后的壳聚糖与羧甲基纤维素钠的配比为1∶5时,多糖囊泡有较为稳定的表面形貌。在一定范围内,盐溶液浓度的增加可以显著缩短多糖囊泡的破裂时间,表明离子强度可以影响多糖囊泡的静电自组装,该行为可为控释药物提供新研究途径。The vesicles, with amphipathy structure, are suitable for drug carriers used in medical treatment, however, biomass polysaccharide materials play an important part in the area of vesicles study for their good biological compatibility. In our study, carboxymethyl cellulose and chitosan modified by quaternary ammonium salt were used as basic materials, the method of electrostatic self assembly was used to prepare polysaccharide vesicle. The mass ratio of carboxymethyl cellulose to modified chitosan, pH value and the concentration of saline solution affected the formation of polysaccharide vesicles were studied. The result showed that when pH=7 and the concentration ratio of modified chitosan to carboxymethyl cellulose was 1 : 5, the polysaccharide vesicles could keep a steady surface morphology. With the increase of concentration of saline solution, the break time for polysaccharide vesicles had been obviously shortened. It demonstrated that ionic strength could affect the electrostatic self assembly of the polysaccharide vesicles, which gave a new way for the release of drug in polysaccharide vesicles.
