摘 要:探讨了不同pH条件下双硫腙吸光光度法绘制铅、镉标准曲线条件,铅线性方程A=0.21621V-0.00518,相关系数R^2=0.99904;镉标准曲线A=0.23686V-0.003,相关系数R^2=0.99906。新亚铜灵-三氯甲烷萃取吸光光度法绘制的铜工作曲线方程为A=0.06175C+0.000565,相关系数R^2=0.99918。采用湿法、干法和微波消解法,对比测定了江苏省不同地区采集的19种土样中铅铜镉含量。研究表明,所有土样中镉含量均超过土壤环境质量二级标准,即农业用地标准,但仍低于工业用地标准。化工厂附近土样中三种重金属含量均高于其它区域土样;三种土样消解法,对测定结果影响不大。Lead and cadmium standard curve lines were drawn utilizing dithizone spectrophotometric method in different pH conditions. The linear equation of lead was A=0. 21621V-0. 00518 and the correlation coefficient was R^2= 0. 99904. The linear equation of cadmium was A = 0. 23686V-0. 003 and the correlation coefficient was R2 = 0. 99906. The standard curve line of copper was drawn using neocuproine-chloroform extraction photometric method, the linear equation was A= 0. 06175 C +0. 000565 and the Correlation coefficient was R^2 = 0. 99918. The contents of lead, copper and cadmium in 19 kinds of soil samples 'collected in different areas of Jiangsu province were determined after digestion process of wet method, dry.method and microwave method. The results showed that the cadmium contents of all soil samples were higher than the secondary standard of environmental quality for soils, which was agricultural land standard, but still lower than the standard for industrial land. At the same time, the contents of three heavy metals in the soil samples obtained near the chemical plant were higher than that of other soil samples. Moreover, these three kinds of digestion methods had little effect on the determination results.
