摘  要:分析了连续重整装置离心式循环氢压缩机发生喘振的原因和喘振机理,阐述了压缩机喘振的危害,探讨了防喘振系统预防喘振的原理和措施。介绍了洛阳石化连续催化重整装置循环氢压缩机K201新增的防喘振控制系统,分析了防喘振系统运行过程中出现的问题,预测了运行隐患。事实证明,新增的防喘振系统有效地提高了离心式压缩机运行的可靠性和平稳性,装置没有再发生喘振现象。The reason and mechanism of surge for centrifugal compressor in continuous catalytic reforming unit were analyzed. The damage of surge was elaborated. The principle and measures of anti-surge control system for centrifugal compressor were discussed. The new anti-surge control system of circulating hydrogen compressor for continuous catalytic reforming unit in Luoyang Petrochemical Company was introduced. Problems during operation were analyzed. Hidden trouble was predicted. Facts proved that the new anti-surge control system could effectively improve the running reliability and stability of centrifugal compressor, and there was no surge phenomenon to occur again.
