摘  要:陕西延长石油集团延安石油化工厂硫磺回收装置采用LO-CATⅡ汽提脱硫化氢技术,该装置自2009年9月投产以来吸收/氧化器堆积硫磺问题一直存在,影响日常操作,并且堆积硫磺清理难度大,对设备检修工作带来严重阻力。文章针对堆积硫磺问题,根据吸收/氧化器结构将其分为锥体上部(八个室,下称主室部分)和锥体部分,从设备、工艺以及日常操作对两部分做出分析,并且给出改进措施及建议。改造后装置运行平稳,2015年检修只清理出少量堆积硫磺,取得显著效果。Sulfur recovery unit of Yan'an Petrochemical Plant, Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum(Group) Co. , Ltd. uses the LO- CAT Ⅱ stripping off hydrogen sulfide technologies, since its launched in September 2009, the problem of accumulation of sulfur in absorber/oxidizer existed, it affected the daily operation, and the accumulation of sulfur was difficult to clean up, it had serious resistance to equipment maintenance work. Aiming at the problem of accumulation of sulfur, the absorber/oxidizer structure will be divided into the upper cone (eight chamber, hereinafter referred as main room) and the cone part, the equipment, technology and daily operation were analyzed, and the improvement measures and suggestions were given. After transforming unit ran smoothly, only a small amount of accumulation of sulfur was cleaned out in 2015 maintenance, significant effect was achieved.
