摘　　要：网络舆论监督是传统的新闻监督和公众监督在网络信息化条件下的融合和拓展,它在维护公众知情权、参与权和监督权,推动政治民主建设方面发挥出重要作用,但同时也暴露出一系列的制度困境。在国家监察体制深化改革、寻求制度化地预防和惩治腐败的背景下,重新思考网络舆论监督的优势、困境,由此进一步探讨促进其健康、有序和实效的路径,有利于国家监督体系的建设和完善。The supervision of internet public opinion is development of traditional media supervision.The commitment is defending democratic rights such as the right to know, participation right as well as thesupervisory right. It also makes contribution to promoting political democracy. However, it is discoveredthat it is nagged by the rumors and cyber violence. This paper discusses the path of positive, orderly andeffective development of internet public opinion in supervision under the circumstance of anti-corruptionand institutional reformation.
