基于图书馆服务功能视角的信息弱势群体应急信息服务途径探究

摘　　要：图书馆是信息弱势群体获取应急信息资源、享受平等的应急信息服务的重要途径和渠道。可是,目前国内外相关研究表明图书馆针对信息弱势群体的信息服务,并未将应急信息服务与弱势群体服务结合起来提供相关服务。因此,文章通过分析信息弱势群体应急需求特点及应急信息行为表现,阐述了图书馆在发展应急信息服务过程中具有满足信息弱势群体的应急信息需求的优势,并提出图书馆应急信息服务策略以及为弱势群体提供可操作性的应急信息服务,强化对信息弱势群体的救助。Present worldwide research on library information service for vulnerable group shows that the emergency information service has not been combined with the service for vulnerable group. This article analyzes the features of the emergency information service and behavioral expression of vulnerable group. Meanwhile, it expounds the advantages of the library, and suggests that as the main approach for vulnerable group to access to emergency information service, the library shall provide operational emergency information service and strengthen the helpfulness for vulnerable group.
