厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心衰的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心衰的疗效。方法将2014年1月~2016年10月在我院老年医学科治疗的280例慢性充血性心衰患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、左心功能改善情况、心率及血压情况。结果观察组临床有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的80.71%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后LVEF、LVEDd、LVESd明显较对照组改善,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后HR、DBP、SBP明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心衰效果明确,利于降低心率和血压,改善左心功能,具有积极的临床意义。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. Methods A total of 280 patients with chronic congestive heart failure who were treated in the department of geriatrics from January 2014 to October 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional therapy,the observation group was treated with irbesartan combined with metoprolol based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical efficacy,left heart function improvement,heart rate and blood pres- sure between the two groups were compared. Results The clinical effective rate was 95% in the observation group, sig- nificantly higher than 80.71% in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant. The LVEF, LVEDd and LVESd in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The HR, DBP and SBP in the observation group were signifi- cantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no sig- nificant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Irbesartan com- bined with metoprolol is effective in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure, which is beneficial to reduce heart rate and blood pressure and improves left ventricular function. It has positive clinical significance.
