金融发展、服务贸易与服务业国际竞争力——基于面板门槛模型的实证分析

摘　　要：近年来,中国迅速发展成为服务贸易大国,但是服务业国际竞争力整体偏弱,在一定程度上阻碍了中国经济转型和平稳增长。以全球主要服务贸易国家(地区)为研究对象,分析影响服务业国际竞争力的主要因素,采用面板门槛模型检验金融发展与服务业国际竞争力之间的非线性关系,并分析金融发展对服务业国际竞争力的影响机制。研究结果表明:第一,服务业增加值占GDP比重、服务业开放程度以及基础设施均与服务业国际竞争力呈正相关关系;第二,货物贸易与服务业的国际竞争力呈显著负相关关系;第三,无论从金融规模还是金融效率来看,金融发展程度都会显著提升服务业的国际竞争力,并且存在明显的"门槛效应"。Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC Central Committee,the Party has put a new premium on improving the Party w orking style and constructing an honest and clean government.State-ow ned-enterprises(SOEs),due to their key positions,play an important role in the cultivation of a clean government,and thus their executives are regarded as key targets under supervision and inspection.Statistics show s that the executives of the SOEs are still much better paid than their counterparts in private enterprises though their income has been low ered already.Statistics also show s that both corruption and inefficiency occur to some SOEs.To deal w ith the equitability of remuneration for the executives of SOEs,this paper makes the comparison betw een the income of the executives in the SOEs and the private enterprises as w ell as their business performances and their company scales respectively.The researcher believes that the inequitable remuneration for the executives of SOEs has resulted from inadequacy of external supervision and a lack of a good internal structure.As a conclusion,the researcher provides four suggestions as a solution to the problem of corruption characterized by the inequitable part in the income of the executives of the SOEs:1)M aking a firm political stand and strengthening the CPC’s construction;2)Improving legal regulations and strengthening disciplinary inspection and supervision;3)Strengthening internal supervision and developing a damage repair mechanism;4)Establishing a clean civil service pension system as a new w ay to fight against corruption.
