摘 要:为了准确预测燃煤的结渣特性,对4种不同地区煤样的煤灰化学成分及煤灰熔融温度进行测定,根据结渣特性判别指标对燃煤的结渣特性进行预测,并利用结渣性测定仪考察空气流量对4种煤样结渣率的影响,通过判别指标预测及实验对照分析,综合得出了4种煤样的结渣倾向。研究表明,煤灰化学成分及煤灰熔融温度是影响燃煤结渣特性的主要因素,外界条件也在一定程度上影响燃煤的结渣特性。In order to accurately predict slagging characteristics of burning coal, the chemical composition of coal ash and the ash melting temperature in 4 different regions were measured, the slagging characteristics of burning coal were predicted based on the slagging characteristics discriminant index, and use slag-bonding tester to investigate the influence of the air flow on the slagging rate of 4 kinds of coal samples, the slagging tendency of 4 kinds of coal samples is obtainedbased on the analysis of the index and the comparison of the experimental results. The results show that the chemical composition of coal ash and the ash melting temperature are the main factors that affect the slagging characteristics, and external conditions also affect the slagging characteristics to some extent.
