摘　　要：针对民用飞机制造商外场信息送报工作流程体系提出了评价指标,利用多层次分析法并结合专家意见,赋予飞机外场信息体系下各评价指标权重,并确定评价指标的模糊关系矩阵;通过多层次模糊综合评价方法对外场信息送报体系进行成熟度等级评价,确定其体系成熟度等级,提出改进意见。Based on the aircraft outfield information-delivery workflow system of civil aircraft manufacturers, assessment tar- get of aircraft outfield information system has been constructed. Combining with analytic hierarchy process and expert opinion, assessment target weight of outfield information system has been endued and the fuzzy relation matrix of assessment target has been determined. Maturity level of outfield information system is accessed with the method of multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the maturity level of the system is determined. Then continuous imnrovement advice is nut forwnrd.
