摘　　要：智能制造是制造业转型升级的主攻方向,智能生产共享商业模式的创新有助于更快、更好地推进智能制造。选择商业模式的价值视角,收集沈阳机床智能生产共享的运行数据,分析了其价值主张、价值洞察、价值创造、价值传递、价值获取及运行机制。研究发现:制造企业只有洞察价值,以客户价值主张作为共享模式设计的出发点,才能实现颠覆式创新技术使用权的共享;智能生产平台的价值创造需要关键技术支撑,且需要借助配套的运行机制,才能保证共享系统的开放和有序;共享模式的价值传递呈现开放的网状结构,需要让潜在用户低成本共享智能生产技术,才能可持续地实现价值获取。Intelligent production is the main direction of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry. Innovation of intelligent production sharing business model contributes to better and faster promote intelligent manufacturing. Operating data of Shenyang machine tool＇ s intelligent production sharing is collected from the perceptive of business model value, and its value proposition, value discern, value creation, value transfer, value gain and its operating mechanism are analyzed. The research concludes as follows： manufacturing enterprises need to discern value, taking customer value proposition as the starting point of sharing model, so that usufruct sharing of technology innovation can be realized; value creation of intelligent production platform needs the support of key technologies and supporting operation mechanism to ensure open and orderly sharing system ; value transfer of sharing model turning to open network structure needs to let potential customers have access to intelligent production technology by low cost, so that it can achieve the value capture sustainably.
