摘 要:考察了不同偶联剂改性的介孔材料SBA-15对甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和苯乙烯(St)的吸附与释放性能,研究了在室温条件下的吸附与释放动力学行为。结果表明,偶联剂的表面改性使介孔材料对MMA和St的饱和吸附量明显降低,而吸附率与释放率升高;介孔材料释放速率先快后慢,释放量最后趋于平衡;改性介孔材料SBA-15对吸附质吸附行为符合准二级吸附动力学方程,释放行为符合一级释放动力学方程。最大释放量实验值与拟合的理论值较为吻合。介孔材料对St的释放时间要远长于MMA。Mesoporous material SBA-15 was modified with different silane coupling reagents. The adsorption and release properties of the mesoporous material on adsorbates methyl methacrylate (MMA) and styrene (St) were studied at room temperature. The results showed that the saturated adsorption capacity of SBA-15 decreased obviously after the surface modification by the coupling agent. However, the adsorption and release rates increased at first and then became slow with a balance in the end. The kinetic studies indicated that the adsorption of the mesoporous SBA-15 was in consistent with a Pseudo-second-order kinetic equation, but the release behavior could be described by a First-order kinetic equation. The experimental result of the maximum release amount was in good agreement with theoretical value. In addition, longer release time was needed for St than MMA for mesoporous materials.
