摘  要:高岭土量多易得,以高岭土为原料合成分子筛既环保又经济,且合成的分子筛热和水热稳定性好。综述高岭土的提纯方法、焙烧及焙烧温度对高岭土结构的影响、高岭土合成MCM-41分子筛的研究进展,最后就高岭土合成MCM-41分子筛提出了一些不足之处并展望了其发展前景。Kaolin is abundant and easy to obtain. Synthesizing molecular sieve using kaolin as raw material is environmentally friendly and economy favorable, and the synthetized molecular sieve is very stable under thermal and hydrothermal conditions. The methods of purification of kaolin and calcination of kaolin and effect of calcination temperature on kaolin structure and advances in synthesis of MCM-41 molecular sieves using kaolin as raw material are reviewed in the article. Finally, some shortcomings of MCM-41 molecular sieve synthesis were discussed and its development prospect was prospected.
