参柏洗剂治疗肛门瘙痒症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参柏洗剂治疗肛门瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法:80例随机分为两组各40例,治疗组用参柏洗剂坐浴治疗,对照组用1∶5000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组87.5%、对照组70%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参柏洗剂治疗肛门瘙痒症疗效确切,且无不良反应。Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenbai Lotion in treating anal pruritus. Method ： 80 cases were divided into 2 groups, 40 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated by sitz bath with Shenbai Lotion while the control group were treated by sitz bath with 1 ： 5000 Potassium permanganate. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5% while that of the control group was 70%.There were statistical significance in total effective rate between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Shenbai Lotion has definite curative effect on anal pruritus, without adverse effect.
