摘 要:为保障电动汽车动力电机工作温度,设计了一种电机液体循环热管理方案,并采用理论表征和实验表征两种方法基于MATLAB平台构建了一维仿真系统。计算结果表明,所设计电机热管理系统能够满足电机冷却需求。此外,针对电机热管理影响因素作用特性分析可知,与车速相比坡度对于电机产热影响更加明显;同时,热管理过程对于冷却液流量变化更加敏感,在高温高负荷工况下应以水泵液流量作为主控因素进行调控。To guarantee the operating temperature of the motor for electric vehicle, a motor cooling loop with liquid circulation was designed, and its simulation system was built on MATLAB which using theo- retical model and practical model simultaneously. The results show that the motor obtains well cooling and preheating by adopting the thermal management system. Furthermore, it can be seen that the the impact of motor heat production is more obvious by road slope than driving speed from. Meanwhile, the motor cooling process is very sensitive to coolant flow, and it should be served as main controlling factor under high temperature and load conditions.
