摘 要:电力通信网络业务过度集中于某几条路径而产生了一定的传输风险,为了描述对该传输风险的分散能力,提出了应用基于重要度的电力通信业务路由分配算法(SIBTRA)路由系统可靠性,该方法不仅可以衡量业务路由选择方法的可行性,而且对业务过度集中的风险问题提供了解决的理论依据。建立了传输网络中评估各种业务的性能指标体系,通过三角模糊层次分析法计算各电力通信业务的重要度值,并运用模糊加权平均法对重要度值进行排序;通过SIBTRA方法选择合理的业务路由,再运用所求的业务重要度值,并辅助网络中各站点和链路的可靠性,求解出了电力通信网络的路由系统可靠性。另外,对计算方法进行了简化分析,以提高计算速度,降低计算复杂度。For balancing excessive concentration of electric power communication network, an optimized method based on service importance balance based traffic routing assignment algorithm (SIBTRA) to calculate routing system relia- bility that has been come up. This method can make sure selection of service routing is feasible, and can provide a theoretical basis about balancing excessive concentration. Firstly, the performance index system for evaluating services was built. A method named triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (TFAHP) was used to calculate the values of importance level of electric power communication service, and then, the fuzzy weighted average method was used to compare the degree of importance among all services. Secondly, reasonable service route was chosen by SIBTRA, then the system reliability of electric power communication network was solved by the importance values and the relia- bility of sites and links. Finally, the calculation method was simplified to improve the computing speed and reduce the computational complexity.
