推进精准扶贫必须要实现“三个互动”

摘　　要：坚决打赢脱贫攻坚战是党中央立下的军令状,是全面建成小康社会的基础和前提。党的十八大以来,党中央全面实施精准扶贫、精准脱贫战略,取得了显著的成效。但是在精准扶贫过程中也出现了一些不容忽视的问题,主要表现为上级政府与下级政府之间、政府与农民之间、政府与社会之间缺乏足够的互动与沟通,影响了精准扶贫的精准度,降低了干部工作的积极性,所以进一步推进精准脱贫要实现中央政府和地方政府、地方政府和贫困农民、各级政府与社会力量的"三个互动"。To fulfill the responsibilities on poverty elimination is the orders from the CPC Central Committee,which is also the basis and premise of building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects.Since 18th CPC National Congress,we have obtained remarkable achievements in the precise poverty alleviation and precise poverty elimination.While there are also some problems that cannot be neglected during this course,which mainly shows that it lacks interactions and communications between superior government and subordinate ones,government and peasants,as well government and society,which influences precision of poverty alleviation,and reduces enthusiasm of cadre work.Hence,to promote precise poverty elimination,we must realize＂three interactions＂,that is,the interactions between central government and local government,local government and poor peasants,and governments at all levels and social force.
