摘　　要：施工成本管理直接影响工程项目的经济效益,是建筑企业最为核心的问题之一。文章从当今工程项目施工成本管理现状出发,指出了其中存在的一些具体问题,提出了相应的建议和对策。Construction cost management directly affects the economic benefits of the project, which is one of the core issues of a construction enterprise. Based on the present situation of construction cost management of projects, this paper points out some existing problems and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
