地面覆膜对椪柑品质及产量的影响

摘　　要：为探明地面覆膜在贵州山区椪柑生产上的应用效果,以8306椪柑为试验材料,在贵州天柱、从江和锦屏3县试验点采用果园对比试验研究地面覆膜对椪柑产量和品质的影响。结果表明:地面覆膜椪柑果实的总糖含量、VC含量、糖酸比、固酸比、果形指数、单果重、可溶性固形物含量和可食率分别为10.60g/100mL、39.29mg/100mL、9.53、11.65、0.89、143.04g、13.03%和69.24%,分别比地面裸露增加19.64%、33.95%、41.40%、36.74%、8.54%、20.20%、1.83百分点和3.2百分点;单株产量、单位面积产量和优质果产量分别为57.9kg/株、3 323.8kg/667m^2和2 854.5kg/667m^2,比对照分别增加13.98%、14.74%和85.9%,平均优质果率达85.9%,比对照64.3%增加21.6百分点,且椪柑果实着色早、着色均匀一致,并可提早10d上市。In order to find out the plastic mulch application effects in ponkan production in Guizhou mountainous area,orchard comparative tests were conducted in Tianzhu,Congjiang and Jinping to explored the effects of plastic mulch on ponkan quality and yield.Results：The total sugar content,VC content,sugar-acid ratio,tss-acid ratio,fruit shape index,single fruit weight,soluble solid content and edible rate of ponkan with plastic mulch were 10.60g/100 mL,39.29 mg/100 mL,9.53,11.65,0.89,143.04 g,13.03% and 69.24% respectively,which were higher than that with no plastic mulch by19.64%, 33.95%,41.40%,36.74%,8.54%,20.20%,1.83 percentage points and 3.2percentage points respectively.The yield per plant,yield per unit and high-quality fruit yield were respectively57.9kg/plant,3 323.8kg/667m^2 and 2 854.5kg/667m^2,which were higher than the control by 13.98%,14.74% and 85.9% respectively,the average high-quality fruit rate reached 85.9%,21.6percentage points higher than the control（64.3%）.The ponkan fruits with plastic mulch were of early and uniform fruit coloring,which could come in to the market 10 days earlier.
