摘 要:论述了桥梁检测车上装系统主要结构,借助SolidWorks建立上装系统的三维模型,导入ADAMS中,建立了该系统的动力学仿真模型。并以实际工况为依据,设定各臂架不同的运动顺序为空间变换原则,确定ADAMS仿真参数,进行了运动学的仿真分析,获得了变幅油缸的位移、速度曲线等重要运动参数,分析其变化规律,为后续改进和优化桥梁检测车上装系统提供理论依据。The main structure of hanging basket type of bridge-inspection vehicle mounted system is discussed in this paper. The 3D model is established by SolidWorks and imported into ADAMS, thus to build dynamics simulation model of the sys- tem. According to the actual working conditions, and setting the different motive sequence as the space transformation princi- ple, the ADAMS simulation parameters are determined, and the kinematics simulation is the carried out. The important motion parameters such as the displacement and velocity curve of the hydraulics cylinder are obtained, and the change rule is ana- lyzed, which would provide theoretical basis for the subsequent improvement and optimization of hanging basket type of bridge -inspection vehicle mounted system.
