摘　　要：DF4型内燃机车增压系统波纹管是排气总管组成的弹性敏感元件,通过装配波纹管单元,可以吸收管道振动和缓解因热膨胀所产生的附加负荷,其成型工艺独特,制造难度大。通过分析波纹管的成型机理,设计出专用成型模具,具体实施后,解决了产品成型过程中的工艺技术问题,产品质量达到了规定的质量要求。The corrugated pipe in the DF4 type diesel locomotive system is elastic sensitive element that composed of exhaust pipe. Through assembling the corrugated pipe unit, vibration of the pipeline could be absorbed, and the additional load caused by thermal expansion could also be alleviated; yet its forming process is unique, and it is difficult to be manufactured. The special molding die is designed through analyzing the forming nlechanism of corrugated pipe in this paper; it is proved ＂after specific implementation that it could solve the technical problems in forming process of the products, and the product quality could meet the prescribed quality requirements.
