摘　　要：目的:研究50例0.5岁~3岁缺铁性贫血(IDA)患儿外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)的变化。方法:将研究对象分为正常对照组、轻度贫血组、中度贫血组、重度贫血组,采用抗体致敏红细胞花环试验、透射比浊法检测50例缺铁性贫血患儿和同时期50例健康儿童(正常对照组)外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、血清中Ig。结果:重度缺铁性贫血组患儿外周血中CD_3、CD_4值显著低于对照组和中度贫血组(P<0.05),正常对照组、轻度贫血组、中度贫血组各组间CD_3、CD_4值无显著性差异(P>0.05),各组间CD_8及CD_4/CD_8无显著性差异(P>0.05)。各组间血清IgG、IgA、IgM无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:只有重度缺铁性贫血才会影响0.5~3岁患儿的细胞免疫功能,而体液免疫功能不受影响。Objective：To study the changes of T lymphocyte subset and serum immunoglobulin （Ig） of peripheral blood in children aged from 0.5 to 3 years old with iron-deficiency anemia （IDA）.Methods：Children were divided into four groups： the control group, mild IDA group, moderate IDA group, severe IDA group.Anti-body sensitized red cell Rose test and transmission turhidimetry were applied to detect peripheral blood T lymphocyte subset and serum immunoglobulin （ig） in 50 iron-deficiency anemia children （IDA group）and 50 healthy children（the control group）aged from 0.5 to 3 years old;the results were compared.Results：The CD3,CD4 in the peripheral blood of severe IDA group were much lower than those of the control group and the moderate IDA group （P〈0.05）;CD3, CD4 had no significant difference among the control group, mild IDA group and moderate IDA group.CDs and the ratio of CD4/CD8 in the peripheral blood had no significant difference mong the control group, mild IDA group, moderate IDA group and severe IDA group （P〉0.05）;the IgG,IgA and IgM inserum showed no significant difference among the control group, mild IDA group,moderate IDA group and severe IDA group （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Only severe IDA interferes with the cellular immune function of children aged from 0.5 to 3 years old with IDA. But IDA doesn＇t interfere with body fluid immune function.
