摘  要:为探究蚕蛹蛋白纤维与其他纤维混纺的织物性能,将其分别与50%的莫代尔、天丝、腈纶、长绒棉混纺作纬线,桑蚕丝作经线,试制了20只不同组织的织物试样用于纱线断裂强力、织物透气性和抗起毛起球性2个服用性能的测试分析。结果表明:蚕蛹蛋白纤维与长绒棉混纺纱线具有良好的断裂强力和韧性;5种组织下蚕蛹蛋白纤维与莫代尔、天丝混纺织物的透气性优于蚕蛹蛋白纤维与腈纶、长绒棉的混纺织物,平纹组织织造透气性相对较好的蚕蛹蛋白纤维混纺织物时,可优先选用蚕蛹蛋白纤维与莫代尔、天丝的混纺纱线,更优组织可选4/1斜纹、8枚缎纹;蚕蛹蛋白纤维与莫代尔、天丝、腈纶和长绒棉混纺织物的抗起毛起球性能良好,5种组织下抗起毛起球等级均达到3级及以上,适合用于开发抗起毛起球织物,其中平纹、斜纹组织的莫代尔、天丝混纺织物抗起毛起球性最佳。In order to study the performance of fabrics blended by pupa-protein fiber and other fibers, the pupa-protein fiber was blended with 50% modal, Tencel, acrylic, long-staple cotton respectively as the weft, and the mulberry silk was used as the warp to prepare 20 different fabric samples to test breaking strength, permeability and pilling resistance of the yarn. The results show that the yarn blended with pupa-protein fiber and long-staple cotton has good breaking strength and toughness. The permeability of the yarn blended with pupa- protein fiber and Tencel is superior to the fabric blended with pupa-protein fiber and longstaple cotton. When pupa-protein fiber with good permeability is used to blend fabrics, the blended yarn of pupa-protein fiber, modal and Tencel can be chosen preferentially. 4/1 twill and 8 satin may be chosen to optimize the fabric. The pilling resistance performance of pupa- protein fiber blended with modal, Tencel, acrylic, long-staple cotton is favorable. The pilling resistance performance of the 5 kinds of fabrics reaches Grade 3. so, they are suitable for development of anti-pilling fabrics. The pilling resistance performance of modal and Tencel with plain weave and twill weave is optimal.
