摘 要:采用天然色素黄连素对细度为0.9dtex的Dralon超细腈纶纤维进行染色,研究黄连素对腈纶的吸附动力学和吸附热力学,探讨了染色pH值、温度、时间、染料质量分数、缓染剂种类及用量对腈纶上染百分率和表观色深值的影响。结果表明,黄连素染色Dralon超细腈纶纤维的半染时间随染色温度升高而降低,平衡吸附量随温度的升高逐渐增加,其吸附类型符合Langmuir吸附模型;染色pH值对Dralon超细腈纶的染色性能影响不大,适宜的染色温度为95~100℃,染色腈纶的K/S随着染料用量的增加而增加,NaCl和1227的加入可起到缓染作用,且缓染剂用量越高,缓染作用越强。NaCl最佳用量为10g/L左右,1227最佳用量为0.07~0.14g/L。Dralon superfine acrylic fiber of fineness of 0. 9 dtex was dyed with berberine (natural pigment), the adsorption kinetics and adsorption thermodynamics of berberine of acrylic were studied, and the effect of dyeing pH, temperature, time, dye strength, and category and use amount of retarding agent on the dye uptake and apparent color depth value of dyed acrylic was discussed. The results show that half-dyeing time of Dralon superfine acrylic fiber with herberine decreases as the dyeing temperature rises, the equilibrium adsorption capacity gradually increases as the temperature rises, and absorption type agrees with the Langmuir adsorption model; dyeing pH has little effect on the dyeing performance of Dralon ultrafine acrylic, the suitable dyeing temperature ranges from 95 ℃ to 100℃, the apparent color depth value of dyed acrylic fiber increases as the use amount of dye increases, the addition of NaCl and 1227 has a retarding effect, and retarding effect is in positive correlation with the use amount of retarding agent. The optimal use amount of NaCl is about 10 g/L, and that of 1 227 is 0.07-0.14 g/L.
