摘　　要：文章介绍了高职软件技术专业的培养目标,阐述并分析了传统培养过程中出现的问题,讨论了构建基于CMM3实训过程管理体系意义,并从构建"三段三制"人才培养模式、组建项目管理团队、构建有利于提升专业综合应用能力和工程能力的项目实训资源库、实训过程管理基本框架和构建多维度实训评价体系等方面介绍了如何构建基于CMM3的实训过程管理体系。elaborates and analyzes the problems in the traditional training process, discusses the significance of building the management system of CMM3 - based training process, and recommends how to construct the management system of the CMM3 - based training process in the aspects of the construction of the training model with the three levels and three - systems, the formation of a project management team, the building of a resource library of project training that is conducive to enhancing the comprehensive professional ability and engineering ability, the construction of the basic framework for training process management and the construction of a multidimensional training assessment system.
