摘　　要：文章以配备西门子828D数控系统的机床为例,详细介绍了误差补偿的系统参数、补偿程序、补偿方法与步骤,深入分析数控系统螺距误差补偿的原理,给西门子828D数控系统螺距误差补偿的实际应用提供一定参考。Taking the machine tool of SIEMENS 828D CNC system as an example, this paper introduces in detail the system parameters, program, method and procedure of error compensation, analyzes the principle of the pitch error compensation of CNC system, which provides certain reference for the application of the pitch error compensation of SIEMENS 828D CNC system.
