摘  要:"JavaEE企业级开发实训"课程是很多高校开设的一门为企业培养应用开发人才的重要实践课程。为了结合企业实际需求展开实训,使所培养的学生更加符合企业岗位要求。本文针对课程组、实训环境、实训内容、课程实施过程、课程考核与评价等课程建设方面的问题,提出了基于校企双导师制的课程改革措施,通过搭建贴近企业的实训仿真环境,由校企导师合作指导和管理实训过程,切实改善实训效果,缩短学生到工作岗位的磨合期。The practice training of JavaEE enterprise application development course is a very important practical course in many universities. Its main object is to cultivate JavaEE application development talents for enterprises. In order to combine enterprises' practical requirements with the training and make the students more suitable for the jobs' requirements of the enterprises, the reform measures of this course based on the school-enterprise dual mentor system are proposed for the problems of the course team construction, practice training environment, practice training contents, implementation process, curriculum evaluation. By building the training environment similar to that of the enterprises', and guiding and managing the students by the mentors from school and enterprise, teaching effect has been improved greatly, and the running in period of students to jobs is shorten.
