摘　　要：岳阳市是国家一类水运口岸和第一批沿江开放城市,具有良好的区位优势和港口条件,发展开放型经济的潜力巨大。为促进岳阳开放型经济的发展,要深化产业开放合作,提升经济外向度;扩大产品出口,实现外贸扩量提质;推动岳企出海,提升开放合作广度;搭建对外开放平台,支撑开放发展上台阶;建设立体开放通道,提高内引外联水平。YUEYANG is the national first kind water transport port and the first batch of open cities along the Yangtze River, has great potential of developing open economies. In order to promote the development of YUEYANG＇s open economies, some strategies should be provided such as deepening industrial cooperation, expanding export scale, promoting overseas expansion of enterprises, establishing open platforms, constructing three-dimensional open channels.
